Elaina specializes in conceiving, structuring, managing, and financing complex projects. She has lead various rounds of Project Financing for complex multi-continent projects where she oversaw all aspects of project structuring, complex financial modelling, project management, and strategic stakeholder engagement with private and public stakeholders. She has led investor relations for global companies listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange and Bursa Malaysia with billions of dollars of market capitalization in various sectors of real estate, O&G, environmental engineering, and marine & offshore engineering.

Elaina is a thought leader and a regular speaker on topics of project finance for building and infrastructure projects in many global building conferences. She is a judge for the Built Environment Industry (BEI) Asia Awards, R&D Secretary for the Chartered Institute of Builders (CIOB Singapore) and ordinary member of the Society of Project Managers in Singapore.
